Raleigh, NC – December 29, 2010 – National Spinning Co., Inc., has selected Computer Service Partners (CSP) to upgrade phone systems at three of the company’s four North Carolina facilities. Through this new contract, CSP will help National Spinning migrate from an older phone system to a state-of-the-art Unified Communications system.
“Unified Communications” describes the use of phones, email, instant messaging, and videoconferencing tools working together intelligently over a single, “converged” Internet Protocol network.
As part of its Unified Communications offering, CSP will provide National Spinning:
• IP phone system installation and support
• Unified Messaging (for voicemail access via a variety of different devices)
• Robust call monitoring and reporting
• Dynamic call routing between facilities
• Integrated phone, instant messaging, and email
