This is what Gary Klever, a customer, said, “I have had the fortune to be able to build two pools at two different homes that I have lived in. For the first home I chose a Large well known pool company in California. The price was a bit expensive at the time. But, I figured they are a large company so I went with them. The only good memory that I have of them is the person that dug the pool and took my daughter for a drive in his “Bobcat.” Otherwise it was a pain and very expensive. People didn’t show up when they were supposed to and the quality was poor. I was unable to get in touch with the sales person(s) when I had questions as to what is going on as to why is the pool progress not on schedule etc. Then it came to the coping once again the wrong coping. Then the Plaster was put in and it was a MESS! I called them and they directed me to call the plaster company and I needed to resolve it with them. The end result was a pool that I was not happy with and a very dissatisfied customer.
So, this time around I decided to do my home work and researched a few pool companies. I had them come out and talked with them then Gary from Mr. Carlos came out and we talked about what we could do and what I wanted. I’m not a person that is easily impressed but the quality, communication and price are second to none in my book. I watched the whole process from start to finish as I have the ability to work from home when I need to. ABSOUTELY AWESOME JOB GUYS!!!
